• Yes, it is the intention of Spark Infrastructure to seek suitable investment opportunities to further growth, subject to meeting its investment policy and criteria. • Spark Infrastructure will focus on regulated electricity and gas transmission and distribution assets, and regulated water and sewer assets. • The growth opportunities may be sought by Spark Infrastructure in its own right or on a co-investment basis with CKI and/or RREEF Infrastructure or other third parties. • Future investment opportunities are expected to be funded through potential debt and equity raisings.
