Yes. Souplements is packaged in a microwaveable plastic pouch. Open pouch by tearing the notch 1″ to vent. Place pouch upright in microwave and heat on Medium (50%) power for 15-30 seconds or until warm. Stir to even out temperature. Test temperature before serving. Caution: Handle warm pouch with care. Ovens may vary. Heating time is approximate.
