There are two ways to share notes with someone who doesn’t have a SMART Board interactive whiteboard. First, since SMART Board software is royalty-free, you can give him the SMART Board software disks or he can download the software from the SMART Web site. He will then be able to open, edit and save any Notebook files. Second, if you’re running the latest version of SMART Notebook software (2.4, available for Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP or NT 4.0), you can save your files as PDF, HTML or JPEG files.
