Can someone using a different SnoopStick access my computer?

No, whenever you install SnoopStick on a computer you want to monitor, it is paired to your SnoopStick automatically. This cannot be changed unless you uninstall SnoopStick’s monitoring software from the target computer, and you need the original SnoopStick to do that.
