Fasting Hypoglycemia is a low blood sugar caused from not taking in any carbs and reactive hypoglycemia is a low blood sugar caused from insulin. They are both treated the same way since they are both low blood sugar. Take in a fast acting carb such as juice, skittles, soda , etc.
