Can someone tell me some factual information (numbers esp.) about becoming a realtor?
I am going to take up real estate in about a month. I will be taking an online course from a local real estate school here in Virginia. What should I expect out of the tests and coursework? -I would love for somebody to be very blunt and to the point with me about income real estate can bring you, or has brought you… esp. in the first year. I’ve heard horror stories about how little you make starting off, but I’m okay with it. It’s more than likely more than I make at my current job… -What percentage of what you bring home goes to taxes and insurance and other important things like that? Please be brutally honest.. I need this to justify my decision to be a realtor!! Thanks!
