Can someone suggest the best Cajun restaurant in the French Quarter?

Although the line between cajun and creole is pretty blurred in New Orleans, there are a few really good cajun places around the French Quarter. One of the more touristy but fun is Mulate’s – which I love even as a local. For a something a little more upscale I recommend Bon Ton Cafe, about a 5-10 minute walk from the quarter. This one is one of my favorites (although they have some weird hours – check beforehand).
