Can someone suggest a nice recipe for turkey for easter?
preheat your oven to 160 – 170 make a slit in the turkey just near the neck ,now run your fingers or a metal spoon under the skin to separate it from the meat open a 450gm tin of apricots and flatten them in your hand before gently pushing them under the turkeys skin ,when all under place turkey in large baking tray with a little olive oil and poor apricot juice over the turkey turkey is cooked when juices run clear when pierced with a knife x x x
