Can someone suggest a good employee pc activity monitoring software?
You can try OSSIM and a switch with a Network Monitoring Port to observe all network traffic activity, it also can report any malicious activity it detects on the network. OSSIM also contains OCS for obtaining Hardware and Software inventory from PCs (i.e. installed software can be monitored via OCS).
