Can someone suggest a competitive source of resin, catalyst and hardener for a cold cast elastomeric system?

We need about 200 MT of resin, catalyst and the hardener put together. Requirement could go up. After pouring in the mould and curing, the ShoreA hardness should be 35 to 45. We should be able to change hardness if required. Colour could be amber; the elastomer should not be hazy.
