Can someone recommend a good London-based dermatologist?
This is my regimen: wash every morning and night with cetaphil(a non soap)or any cleanser without a lot of additives ,it is also excellent for removing make up, follow with an alcohol free toner or I use dermatologica antioxidant hydrating mist,apply oil free moisturizer, like olay unscented w/spf 15 or whatever you prefer, If you wear foundation,look for oil free or those that contain peptides/vit c, it will brighten skin,tighten pores, always remember to remove makeup before going to bed. For nighttime, I use ole hendriksen’s invigorating night gel, it tightens pores,helps with hyperpigmentation and stops breakouts but there are other products out there. Ask anyone in Sephora’s what your skin problems are and they can help you set up a skin care regimen .Well, you can try this for a couple of weeks and see if you still need dr. Taking vitamins esp. zinc,a,c &e they are very important for healthy skin. I offer this advice only because dermatologists are expensive and their products ar
