Can someone propose to be on more than one proposal for more than 1 FTE? How are FTEs distributed?

Yes, but we will only award a maximum of one FTE per person. In unique cases where a PI is fortunate to be considered for award of more than one FTE, well work to with the PI to see if there is (are) alternative person(s) to perform the proposed work.
