Can someone please give me some information on the care of mice?
A group of 3 mice is perfect! That way, should anything happen early on (hopefully not :<) , you'll still have a pair. Mice can eat all kinds of fruits and veggies, but stay away from cabbage, lettuce, raw potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, zucchini, aubergines, citrus fruits, and celery. I have four male mice in a big cage, and they have one wheel. Out of the four, two use the wheel often and one uses it occasionally. They don't fight over the wheel. If one of them thinks another one's been in the wheel too long, he'll just try to run in the wheel with the other mouse until it leaves. It all depends on the mouse whether or not they'll use the wheel. Basically, you need to be warned: mice stink. Definitely clean the cage weekly. They obviously need to be fed and have their water changed daily, but with your amount pets, I'm sure you know how it works. Caring for mice is basically the same as caring for a hamster. They will not want to be handled right away. My mice weren't really fast at all
