Hey! Im from East Auckland and the property prices here are quite expensive at about NZ$430,000ish an average for a 3 bedroom house, but it really depends where you would like to live, I mean if you would like to reside in Manuwera, South Auckland then you would be looking at about NZ$250,000ish average for a 2 or 3 bedroom house. Anyways Im not a real-estate expert or anything but I would expect house and property prices to be much cheaper at Hamilton, Napier, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown. Hope this helps.
