Can someone help with courses of Ethology?
You have many options in attaining a profession with ethology. An animal behaviorist could be a zoologist, an invertebrate zoologist, a field biologist, an economic entomologist, etc. etc. You could study ethograms, chemical communication, comparative behavior, behavioral ecology, etc. etc. etc. It really depends on what interests you. I would suggest getting as many courses in statistics as you can handle. Chemistry courses are important, and the more molecular biology you have, the more research options and strategies you can pursue. Look at Universities in your area and find their online catalogues. Find out who they have as faculty who teach animal behavior, and what courses and degree programs they offer. In addition, if you are serious, then join a professional ethology organization now.
