Can someone help me with some questions for a job interview.?
1) The first question is to see if you are interested enough in the position to find out about their company. A simple Google search should get you to their website. Find out what you can about them. I think I found their website: http://www.rightway.ltd.uk/ 2) The second question shows you did the research, but also shows what you think is important and what you will value as an employee. 3) The third question is similar to the second. It shows what you would change so it lets them know what kind of employee you would be. For example, if you say they need to brush up on customer service, they can expect you to be someone who will help customers. If you say you think they need more/newer/better products, they can count on you to be knowledgeable about the products they carry, etc. 4) The fourth question will let them know whether or not you plan to stick around.
