Can someone help me to find a good recruitment agencies. Im looking for factory job.?
Employers will only use Agencies for 2 types of people – the first is for hard to find highly trained professionals and the second is for hard to find people for soul destroying jobs which have a quick turnover of staff – Any good job such as your factory job wil be filled by adverts in the local paper – that way the employer doesn’t have to pay large agency fees, my advice to you is to look through the local papers and do your own research – employers would much rather take on someone who has bothered to do a little work than those who have been sent from an Agency – Good Luck
