Can someone help me locate the air and space museum in Manchester?

It’s part of the Museum of Science and Industry on Liverpool Road, off Deansgate. You can take a train to Deansgate station or, when they’ve finished relaying the tram tracks (next November, apparently) take a tram to the GMEX stop, which is linked to Deansgate station by a footbridge. Walk down Deansgate as far as the Beetham Tower (you know, the tallest residential building in Britain outside London – you can’t miss it!), Liverpool Road is the street off Deansgate which is directly over the road from the Tower, and the museum is actually on Lower Byrom Street, on the right. The actual air and space hall is slightly separate from the rest of the museum on the right hand side of the entrance to the museum car park.
