Can someone give me an example of when they gave and recieved good customer service?
I gave good customer service a couple of weeks ago I worked at a cingular call center and a lady called and said that she had just gotten her cell phone three days ago and had dropped it in water. The lady did not have insurance so by regulation she was suppose to buy another phone at full price around $200.00. The lady had been with cingular for a couple years so as a courtesy I sent her another phone of her choice at no cost. She was so happy and thanked me for two minutes at the end of the day I felt really good about myself.
