2 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 1/2 TBL Cayenne pepper 1/2 cup corn mill mix well you can also add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese pat chicken dry role in flour then role in egg then in flour mix If you want a real good fried chicken soak chicken in buttermilk with Tabasco over night is best
