Can someone give me a brief summary of the Woodstock festival and how it relates to vietnam war?
well the woodstock occur in 1969 during the cold war era it was a festival and a 3 day concert in which hippies and other types of people gather around and listen to music by artist that were invited to this event and do illegal things like drugs and smoke weed in other words and they way that this 3 day event is related to the vietnam war is because the hippies were all about peace and love and didnt like war and since the united states was at war with communist and north vietnam has fallen under that goverment we were fighting and protecting the south of vietnam from fallin under communist too and the hippies taught it was just all bad and the way they wanted to show that the world is all about peace they held a woodstock concert in protesting of the war
