Can someone explain to me the basics of digital scrapbooking?
I’ve never seen it done, and I don’t really get the concept at all. Do you print out the pages after designing it on the computer?Do you need a special printer? Are there any sites online that offer it for free or do you always have to buy a kit?Do you add accessories (stickers, brads,etc.) after printing it?I am clueless, so just basic info would be appreciated.
