The wage package in the Principal Agreement between the Electrical Trade Bargaining Agency and the IBEW/IBEW Construction Council of Ontario includes Vacation Pay, Statutory Holiday Pay and Unions Funds (RRSP/Pension, Administration, Health & Welfare, etc.). The Union Funds vary by Local Union. If you are a member of the IBEW, please contact your Local Union for details or to obtain a copy of the Principal Agreement.
