I post things for eBay all the time and will gladly help you out. It costs 48p/40p to post a letter of that size under 100g (which 5 sheets of paper would be). Here are the dimensions for all letters: ORDINARY LETTER – up to 100g in weight Max values – 240mm (length), 165mm (width), 5mm (depth) LARGE LETTER – Max 353mm length, 250mm width, 25mm depth up to 100g – 48p 1st class, 40p 2nd up to 250g – 70p 1st, 60p 2nd up to 500g – 98p 1st, 83p 2nd up to 750g – £1.42 1st, £1.20 2nd You can get a leaflet from the post office (Pricing Made Easy) explaining all this and other postage prices & services (packets, international etc), but there is also information on royalmail.com I find the leaflet much easier to understand though. I hope this has helped – it can be quite confusing.
