Can someone explain antimatter?

Yes, if the energy of both Matter and Antimatter were fused, you would get a completely new sort of energy. It’s different, and somewhat untouchable. Unfortunately, we haven’t the technology to harness this specific energy, although new sorts of energies are found every day in space, by robotic crafts, of course. To be honest, the best way we know to energize and boost a space craft is using Solar Energy. In the near future, we will finally create the first SPACE SHIP, which will be large and can carry atleast a thousand people.. It will have a massive plate which will expand itself to a great size, twice as big as the ship itself, and those plates, surrounding the ship will harness the energy of the sun, which is of course free! And with that in mind, harnessing the energy of Matter and Antimatter is not a primary objective! ..Not today.
