Can someone download data from the Database onto laptops and discs?
The database is accessed entirely from the web and there should be no need to download data onto laptops, discs and other media. If data is downloaded for some purposes, it becomes the responsibility of the person downloading. As the database is secure, an audit log is maintained of what users execute what commands and when.
