Can someone describe the difference among muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and muscular strength?
1. Muscular Endurance: This form consists of strength that holds up for long periods of time and a workout of this caliber can be seen like in MMA fights or boxing, wrestling a lot of combat sports. 2. Cardio Fitness: This is a form of endurance that goes for a long time while the heart rate is up and running and you have the stamina to go for lonf periods of time in a workout. 3. Muscular Strength: This is a form of strength training that creates power and low rep schemes in weightlifting and/or Calisthenics. For examples moving furniture takes strength, a pull-up takes strength and lifting a heavy weight takes strength. Now when it comes to benefits I can name 100’s of things that all three can be used in but for now i’ll name a few. Push-ups/pull-ups, squats, Hill sprints, Bear Crawls, Crab Walks, Aligator Walks these are all examples of ways to get all three of these fitness defenitions.
