I am a journeyman interprovincial electrician and would like to upgrade to a master electrician. I live in West Lincoln Township and would like to know where and how to go about obtaining this.I am asking on behalf of a relative. He has immigrated to Canada. He was an electrical contractor in China but I am not sure if he has an electrical license. I was wondering how he could obtain an electrical contractor license in Ontario.I have a 442A license and wanted to know if I would be qualified to do residential if I obtained a Master and Contractor’s license. The ESA site doesn’t seem to make a distinction.
