Oryx asked: I friend of mine was pulled over for having things on his roof rack and then was given a ticket for no insurance and not having his license on him. To me it seems a little odd that you can be pulled over for having things tied to your roof rack considering that’s what it’s for. And if the cop didn’t have probable cause for pulling him over he shouldn’t have gotten the tickets.
