Can somebody recommend a payroll system that would help us reduce fraud and over-reported time?
We are a specialty painting contractor with several hundred workers in the field. We are seeking to minimize payroll fraud through collusion as well as over-reported time. Our buisness model is very fluid as workers regularly float from job to job or crew to crew, and change (job costed) tasks throughout the day. An automated, possibly biometric system is what we desire. I would appreciate it if other contractors with similar business models would share what systems and solutions they are using (that work well) that could apply to our business.
