Can somebody provide an aproximate purchase price for a nice townhouse in Raintree?

Peter, I have lived in Culver City for 10 years I and specialize in the area as well. The Overland/Jefferson area features several complexes, such as Raintree, that are chock full of amenities including beautiful grounds, lakes, ponds, swimming pool, sauna, spa, clubhouse, exercise room, and 24 hour guards. While these amenities are wonderful property features, they come with a price (and a hefty HOA fee to cover the costs of the amenities). Depending on the unit location within the complex, the unit layout and the square footage of the unit, purchase prices run anywhere from $315K-$360K for a 1 bedroom, $420K-$500K for a 2 bedroom and $530K-$725K for a 3 bedroom. Rents in the complex range from $1350-$2000 for a 1 bedroom, $2000-$2800 for a 2 bedroom and $2600-$4000 for a 3 bedroom. Please contact me for additional information.
