Can some of the affordable apartments be set aside for seniors or people who already live or work in San Leandro?
Eligible seniors and existing San Leandro residents and employees are encouraged to apply and BRIDGE is hopeful that the project will provide benefits to people within the community. However, from a fair housing law standpoint, the units must be made available to eligible non-seniors and people who may live or work elsewhere.
