Can some frogs change skin colour as a form of camouflage?
Most frogs have their camouflage colours “built in” permanently. Colour change in frogs usually have to do with the frogs temperature and perhaps whether it is stressed or not. http://www.environment.sa.gov.au/epa/frogcensus/caerul.html The colour, as the frog’s name suggests, is usually bright green, however, some individuals may change their colour to olive-brown. Sorry can’t help more!!
