Yes, the SocketTools components and libraries can be used with the free Visual Studio 2010 Express products. If you are using Visual Basic or Visual C# 2010 Express, it is recommended that you download the SocketTools .NET Edition. If you are using Visual C++ Express, it is recommended that you download the SocketTools Library Edition. An academic discount is available for all registered students who wish to purchase a SocketTools license.
