Can SIO2PC be used with copy protected Atari programs?

0

Yes, SIO2PC is capable of emulating bad sectors, which will allow many copy protected programs to run after being loaded from SIO2PC. The method of analyzing the disk to be copied and getting the data into the SIO2PC disk image is somewhat complicated and is discussed in detail in SIO2PC’s README.TXT file. It can be done manually using sector analysis tools, or automatically if a 1050-2-PC interface is available.
