At the top of the correspondence box, middle right, click on “Switch to HTML Composer”. That will add functions to the top of your correspondence box that allow you to make color changes, etc., to your emails. You will see a ‘T’ with color pallete and also a ‘Paint Can’ with color pallette where you can change text or background colors. If you type your copy first and wish to change the type color, highlight the text and then click on the “T” for color choices. You can change the font and size the same way. You can add pictures and graphics as well.
