Can shotcrete be of equivalent strength as poured concrete?

0

Hulls: Shotcrete specifications are generally in the range of about 30 to 80MPa for unconfined compressive strength as per the UCS. It’s difficult to compare the two products as they’re used for different purposes. Poured concrete specification generally range from 19 to 25MPa for house and light building slabs to 40 to 80MPA or more for structural concrete in beams and large slabs.
