Yes G13.0 Cloaking Device The cloaking device is a very powerful tool only usable by the Romulans and Orion pirates. When a ship cloaks in SFB the ship still remains visible but ship becomes EXTREMELY difficult to hit and/or damage. There are two reasons why the counter remains on the board: 1. They rationalize that you can still see where the ship is because of the distortion field the cloak creates. (blurry stars) 2. It makes for a VERY long game if you use hidden movement and it requires a referee or a very trustworthy friend. Hidden movement is an option but it increases the BPV of the ship by 50%.
