Can Sheep disprove evolution?
Just so you know: Domestic sheep evolved from wild sheep after we tended them. They can eat without being told, do not starve to death otherwise, and do not need 24/7 supervision from a shepard if kept in a field, have survival and maternal instincts (they run from dogs unless they have lambs with them). So basically, you’re wrong.Or you know some pretty strange sheep that are possibly on lithium.
Do you think modern sheep are anything like the stock they came from??? They were artifically selected to be the most docile – that is, if a sheep was naturally wild then the shepard wouldn’t let it breed and those “wild” genes were removed from the sheep gene pool. Please note that the family Ovis from which sheep are derived include many “wild sheep” such as Ovis Ammon and Ovis Dalli which are extremely dangerous to approach (what, you think sheep have horns because they look cute). The behaviour of these sheep is closer to the behaviour of sheep when they were first domesticated 18,000 years ago. Artificial selection has worked since then. Perhaps it would help if you understood how natural selection worked rather than listening all day to Ken Ham and the creationist sideshow.
