Cancer treatment does not make sexual activity dangerous. Having sex with you will not expose your partner to radiation under most circumstances. Check with your doctor, just to be sure. A few chemotherapy drugs can be present in small amounts in semen or vaginal fluids. Ask your doctor whether you should use condoms just around the time of receiving your chemotherapy.
