Sure, the principle used is a “collaborative album”: you create an album with a theme (ex. Jessica’s pizza party), and you invite friends to drag-and-drop their photos in it. That way everyone can contribute to the album and view it from their Pikeo account. A participant can decide to withdraw at any time: in that case, the album disappears from his/her personal account. If the administrator withdraws, s/he just names someone else as the new administrator.
