A2. Yes. The PSEA subsection 51(2) provides for deputy heads to deploy to the deputy heads organization, persons who are employed in a separate agency to which the Commission does not have the exclusive authority to make appointments, if the Commission has, after reviewing the staffing program of the separate agency at the agencys request, approved deployments from it.
