Can sensory processing disorder be cured?
At this point there is no known cure for SPD. Symptoms of sensory processing disorder can be relieved and managed through sensorimotor activities that feed the primitive brain – see Uptight & Off Center and, importantly, by discovering and treating the underlying cause(s).
