Many people claim to use self-hypnosis to improve their daily sports performance. It cannot, however, make a person physically stronger because it cannot affect their physical makeup. However, it can increase the level of concentration during an event as well as create a more aggressive or fearless attitude during a competition. This is advantageous because fear or timidness causes a short hesitation which can affect your overall performance over the course of a game.
