Can second incoming calls be set up to automatically be diverted?
No. The iDivert (iDivert) soft key allows a user to divert a call directly to voice mail by selecting the iDivert (iDivert) soft key while receiving an incoming call. The iDivert option will not work on second incoming calls and is not automatic. However, second incoming calls can be sent directly to voice mail by requesting a service change to turn on “Call Forward Busy” to voice mail for a users directory number.
