Yes, the Switch Performance Monitoring System (SPMS) module enables you to create a monthly overall switch performance report and graph with a 0 100 rating on the following system indices: Office Performance (OFCPERF), Service (SERVICE), Maintenance Service (MTCESERV) and Provisional Service (PROVSERV). Also, there are approximately 320 other color-coded indices that you may view to assist in identifying and correcting switch performance.
