Yes, with manual tweaking on your part. We choose not to associate a specific file name extension with Directory Toolkit scripts. But if you have a name extension for scripts that you like you can set up a Windows file association your own. If you have some pet synchronize scripts you use, setting up a Windows name association makes it easier to launch them — Just double click on the script file in Windows Explorer.
