Can scores be weighted in AcqDemo?
The pay pool panel may decide that some factors should be weighted more heavily than others. If so, the weights must be established, and employees informed of these weights, at the beginning of the rating period. Weights can only be used for all employees in a particular job category in the pay pool, such as logisticians or supervisors, and must then be applied to all employees in the pay pool in that category.
