Can schools use ESCC Secure Email to start their own email correspondence?
School staff members will be able to start an email correspondence with us by creating new secure messages to send back to any ESCC email address, i.e. any address ending with @eastsussex.gov.uk, by logging in at the address below: https://voltage-pp-0000.eastsussex.gov.uk/login Please see the document below for more detailed instructions on how to use the new Secure Email system. You can also find detailed information on how to use Secure Email on the County Councils website: http://www.eastsussex.gov.uk/contactus/secureemail/default.htm Secure electronic transfer of confidential information Schools need to use a secure transfer mechanism or encryption when sending confidential information to other organisations by electronic media. • Use AVCO to transfer confidential data files to/from ESCC. • Use ESCC Secure Email to send confidential emails or email attachments to ESCC. This system can be used only for email correspondence with ESCC. • Use s2s to transfer data files to other school
