Can school raise money (PTSA?) to put school owned laptops in classrooms?
We have looked at alternative models – as have other schools in the ESF and we are confident this is the best financing model. Furthermore, it is not only the finance model; for ICT to transform learning, students and teachers should be able to plan when to use it effectively not depending on when there are facilities available.
